It all started in the summer of 2018 when my friend, Cole Sowinski, and I decided to make some refrigerator pickles with the cucumbers from my garden that were too bitter to eat plain. We ended up just keeping the few jars we made for our families, and it turns out they were actually pretty good. The next year we decided we wanted something more. And this time, Quentin Shore, another one of our friends wanted in. On a hot summer day, we all met up in my kitchen to make our pickles. Laughs were had, fingers were burned, and the Three Amigos Pickle Company was born.
